Coaching Services

No matter what you want to achieve, from completing your first half marathon event through to setting a personal best in the iconic Coast to Coast, my experience and qualifications can help you get there. For me, it’s all about supporting people on a one-on-one basis to achieve their goal.

Here are some of the ways I may be able to help you: 

 

  • Those wanting to get in to running or looking to compete in 5, 10, or 21 kilometre races. 

  • Established runners striving for a new goal, such as completing a marathon or a new personal best. 

  • Multisport or endurance athletes training for an ultra distance event. 

  • Serious athletes who want specific, high-level support. 

  • Clients who enjoy endurance training as part of their holistic approach to fitness.
